LOUIS VUITTON 'DAISY' CHAIN vs. TOPSHOPS 'LOOP LINK' NECKLACE
One of the pieces that really stood-out from the AW/09-10 Collections was Louis Vuitton's 'Daisy' necklace which came in various shades from pink, shocking lavender, black and gold. Inspired by Paper-chain link which I remember making as a child, the necklace has a playful but yet sophisticated elegance about it which I like. The LV chain has 23 links and retails at £655 so I guess you will understand how and why I got all excited when I saw Topshops 'Loop link' Necklace in gold plating (which doesn't look that much different from the 'Daisy' chain) And for the best part...it retails for only £18.
